Because each item is made on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or change of mind.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
